On 4/10/2007. the case was placed before the Hon. Court and as per the Court order of 4/10/2007, it was revealed in the report that the name of Mr. Jagdish Tytler did not come up during investigation by the local police. His name cropped up in the statement and affidavit of S. Jasbir Singh before the Commissioner of Inquiry, alleging that Jagdish Tytler was inciting some people to kill the Sikhs.
